If you are seeking professional help with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, loss & bereavement, family issues, illness, or perhaps low self-esteem, we are here to help.

We are registered members of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and also work in accordance with their ethical framework for good practice.

We believe counselling gives the client a safe place to explore their feelings without being judged or directed and most important to be listened to.

We offer a professional and confidential counselling service and work integratively, which means that we are able to adapt a style of counselling to meet the needs of each person. We use a person centred approach to counselling, but use other approaches if we feel this will be useful to the client.
