DIANE OUZMAN MSc (SPORTS MEDICINE) MCSP

Diane qualified as a physiotherapist in 1978. She worked in the NHS and became experienced in general physiotherapy before specialising in joint and muscular injuries. She worked as travelling physiotherapist for the British Alpine Ski team between 1982 and 1984 attending the winter Olympics in Sarajevo.
Subsequently, Diane worked in the United States for 5 years and developed expertise in the treatment of sports injuries and orthopaedic problems before returning to the UK in 1989 to start her own private practice in Long Ashton. Diane completed a Masters degree in Sports Medicine and rehabilitation from the University of the West of England in the year 2000.

LINDA ISAACS BSc MCSP

Linda qualified as a physiotherapist in 1999 from the University of East London and went on to work in the NHS. Subsequently, she practiced in Australia and then on her return to the UK she specialised in the treatment of sports and orthopaedic injuries working within the private sector. Linda has been physiotherapist to a semi-professional football team and recently expanded her training and skills to include Pilates, Women's Health and Acupuncture.

Both Diane and Linda have developed a treatment approach which focuses on local treatment together with a 'whole body', holistic evaluation to resolve the problem and to help prevent re-occurrence by giving the patient advice and exercises to maintain recovery. We treat the underlying cause not just the symptoms and our treatment programme has a strong emphasis on prevention and self-help to compliment 'hands on treatment'. This means you can become independent from treatment as quickly as possible and actively participate in the management of your problem so you can eventually self-manage your symptoms without reliance on regular treatment.
